Director, Production Finance

Lead production budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning by preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial models for productions, tournaments, and seasonal coverage. Oversee production accounting, job costing, accruals, and close support while tracking costs, commitments, and vendor obligations to ensure accurate reporting. Drive business analytics by creating KPI dashboards, cost summaries, and variance explanations for executive decision-making and go/no-go approvals. Champion continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled tools, and the development of cost benchmarks and productivity metrics across operations. Review production agreements, vendor arrangements, and talent commitments for financial terms and risks, coordinating with Legal, HR, and Treasury on compliance and international requirements. Provide day-to-day leadership to the Production Finance team, setting priorities, goals, and operating rhythms to foster data-driven decision-making and financial discipline.
