Director – Production and Product Development

Job Summary
Directs the full production and product development process to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries across apparel categories. Leads cross-functional collaboration with design, buying, sourcing, and manufacturing to execute all steps from concept to final delivery. Manages production calendars, works to reduce lead times, and accelerates speed to market. Leads negotiation and cost strategies to maximize margins and mitigate risks; oversees supplier relationships and raw material positioning in partnership with internal teams and suppliers. Stays informed of industry trends to enhance practices; mentors and grows the team within a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 10 years in the apparel industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role; fluent in French and English; willing to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the apparel industry
- At least 3 years in a leadership and team management role
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
