Job Summary
Own the XDR vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap covering telemetry ingestion, detections, investigation workflows, and response actions. Define how capabilities support both managed and customer-managed consumption models while driving clear positioning against MDR, SIEM, and competitive alternatives. Partner with Engineering, Security Services, and GTM teams to translate strategy into shipped capabilities that scale operationally and commercially. Establish XDR as a cohesive platform rather than a feature collection, ensuring extensibility and partner integration readiness. Build a high-performing product team with clarity, accountability, and strong execution discipline. Drive consistent proof-of-value metrics to demonstrate customer impact and improve response effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management
- 4+ years leading product managers or product teams
- Deep experience in cybersecurity products
- Direct exposure to XDR, MDR, EDR, SIEM, or adjacent security operations domains
- Proven ability to lead complex, platform-oriented product areas with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution discipline
- Background checks are required for this position
- Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with integrations-heavy platforms and third-party ecosystems
- Familiarity with managed security services and SOC operations
- Experience operating in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments
