Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of an operating model across a portfolio of AI-powered creative products (including Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Own the operating cadence (QBRs, annual planning cycles, leadership syncs, business reviews) and build systems, processes, and tools to enable large, multi-product teams to operate with accountability and measurable outcomes. Define decision rights, issue paths, and standardized planning artifacts; drive cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership; ensure roadmap commitments are realistic, capacity-aligned, and financially justified. Develop and own Objectives and Key Results, roll out a shared operating model across product areas, and establish performance management mechanisms to surface risks and enable course correction. Start as a senior IC with a clear path to building and leading a team as the operating model scales. Requires 12+ years in product strategy, business operations, product management, finance, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity; Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred; prior experience in large-scale SaaS, technology, or digital media contexts and comfort with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
