Director, Product Solutions & Enablement – SME Commercial Payments

Job Summary
Lead Asia Pacific commercialization for SME payment solutions, including virtual cards, spend controls, and supplier payment capabilities. Develop regional go-to-market strategies and act as the technical-commercial subject matter expert for issuers, fintechs, and partners. Partner with business development and product teams to drive adoption, identify strategic opportunities, and accelerate B2B payment digitization across the region. Support the full solution lifecycle from opportunity identification through implementation, translating complex payment flows and API integrations into clear customer value propositions. Design enablement materials, training, and playbooks while gathering market intelligence to influence product priorities. Build relationships across global and regional teams to execute long-term growth initiatives for Mastercard's SME segment.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience within commercial payments, card issuing, issuer processing, fintech, embedded finance or related payment technology environments
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including authorization, clearing, settlement and transaction flows
- Able to seamlessly navigate both technical and commercial conversations
- Experience working with API-driven platforms and integrations
- Experience supporting API-based, platform-based or integration-heavy payment solutions in customer-facing environments
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across multiple functions, markets and levels of seniority
- Experience supporting customer-facing sales, solutioning, commercialization or product enablement activities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity across multiple markets
- Experience building relationships across regional and global teams and driving outcomes through influence rather than direct authority
- Passion for helping customers solve business problems through innovative payment solutions and emerging commercial payment technologies
- Must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Must ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Must report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Must complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
