Job Summary
Director of Product to lead cross-functional product strategy and roadmap for consumer and corporate businesses. Owns product vision, metrics, and OKR planning; mentors product managers; collaborates across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences and measurable business impact. Responsibilities include setting strategy, translating it into actionable roadmaps, prioritizing features, guiding trade-offs between design quality, technical feasibility, and speed to market, and driving data-informed decisions. Requires 7+ years in product management with leadership experience; BA/BS; strong emphasis on human-centered design, AI considerations, and cross-functional collaboration. Remote role with state-specific remote eligibility across IL, MA, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TX, CO, NH, VT, WA, WI, FL, and GA.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 7+ years experience in product management
- 3+ years in leadership/management capacity
- Strong business acumen and revenue orientation
- Experience with agile software development processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
