Job Summary
Director, Product Sales responsible for selling Mastercard Move solutions to banks, fintechs, acquirers, and merchants by forming relationships with key decision makers and senior executives; manage the entire sales process including RFPs/RFIs, pricing and contracts, and collaborate with account management to identify cross-sell opportunities; stay informed on evolving payments, treasury, and money movement needs and translate customer insights into product roadmap input; communicate value and present solutions to solve real pain points while driving growth in the money movement space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in payments, treasury, disbursements, cross-border payments, FX, or wire services
- Ability to sell complex payments and treasury/FX products or services to payments companies and financial institutions
- Experience in Treasury Services, Transaction Banking, Wholesale or Commercial Banking organizations
- Proven ability to manage complex sales processes with a wide range of prospects
- Experience managing complex pricing and contract negotiations
- Ability to lead conversations at both a business and technical level
- Effective communications, storytelling, presenting, and objection handling
- Influencing/Value Selling and solution development
- Extensive payments experience, especially in money movement
