Job Summary

Lead the Life Sciences product portfolio strategy across regulatory intelligence, data, workflow, artifact generation, and submission capabilities. Translate long-range vision into a pragmatic 12–24 month roadmap tied to measurable customer and business outcomes. Drive portfolio rationalization to consolidate overlapping capabilities into a unified, scalable platform while introducing responsible AI and automation with strong explainability and auditability. Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and senior business leaders to align tradeoffs, establish investment priorities, and define product operating rhythms. Work directly with customers to validate product-market fit and ground the roadmap in real-world regulatory workflows. Establish clear portfolio metrics around adoption, retention, and capability reuse within the first 12 months.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • significant time leading complex B2B software portfolios, platforms, or multi-product businesses
  • Several years in a senior product leadership role
  • ownership for portfolio strategy, roadmap, investment decisions, and cross-functional execution
  • Strong experience in Life Sciences enterprise software or adjacent regulated domains
  • Demonstrated success modernizing or consolidating fragmented products into more scalable platform-based offerings
  • Strong product judgment in workflow-heavy, data-rich, enterprise environments
  • Experience partnering deeply with engineering and architecture teams
  • Ability to balance near-term business realities with long-term platform direction
  • Strong commercial instinct
