Job Summary

Lead the strategy and execution of Postman’s partnerships approach, defining and seeding a scalable partner program across customers and partners. Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, analytics, marketing, field, legal, PR, and operations to launch partnerships, improve user experiences, scale partner success, and streamline go-to-market activities with enterprise and startup ecosystems. Establish partnership frameworks, programs, infrastructure, and rituals to scale partner motions; build strong relationships with key partners and senior executives; and drive product growth and engagement through partnerships with leading SaaS tools and services (e.g., Microsoft, GitHub, AWS, Atlassian, Slack, Google, AI, security, developer tooling). Define metrics and KPIs to measure success for customers, partners, and Postman; aggregate feedback to inform product roadmaps and GTM strategies; communicate strategy internally and externally. About You includes 8+ years of relevant experience in product, partnerships, or technical roles in software/company ecosystems; a track record of launching and scaling partnerships that deliver business results; excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence; a deep understanding of developer tools and ecosystem dynamics; and the ability to work as an individual contributor while shaping strategy. The reasonably estimated base salary ranges from $320k to $380k, plus equity, and the role is based in Postman’s hubs (SF Bay Area, Boston, Austin, NYC, Tokyo, London) with in-office requirements, including Bangalore overlap for early/late PST calls.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with product, partnership, or technical experience in software, collaboration, or platform-focused companies
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling partnerships and partner programs
  • Excellent communication and influence skills across product, engineering, and GTM
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
  • Ability to drive and negotiate complex partnership deals and commercial agreements
  • Experience with customer discovery, market analysis, and competitive research
  • Comfort with change, ambiguity, and prioritization in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to overlap with Bangalore (4+ hours) for calls
