Job Summary
Lead product ownership and strategic execution for NAV modernization initiatives within the Data Innovation team. Define and manage the roadmap for NAV modernization, translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver modernized NAV-related solutions. Drive prioritization, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment to improve transparency, analytics, and operational efficiency across fund accounting processes, while supporting client-facing modernization and future-state platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management or investment operations experience
- Strong understanding of NAV, fund accounting, or asset servicing workflows
- Experience managing complex cross-functional product initiatives
- Ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
