Job Summary
Director, Product Operations & Governance lead the design, adoption, and evolution of the enterprise product operating model. Own planning cadence, governance alignment, enablement, and delivery health while building and leading a high-performing Product Operations team. Partner with senior leadership to translate enterprise strategy into actionable priorities and execution plans; guide prioritization and trade-offs to maximize value. Develop product enablement playbooks and training, evolve frameworks and roles, and establish measurement mechanisms for adoption and impact. Manage and develop a team of Product Operations practitioners; drive talent development and succession. Required: 10+ years total experience; Bachelor’s degree; Management consulting experience highly desired; MBA highly desired or advanced degree. Location: Spring, Texas, USA with a Hybrid work arrangement (on-average 2 days per week in the HPE office). Salary range: USD 143,500 - 347,500 in Texas (base salary; incentives may apply).
