Job Summary
Build and lead a global product marketing organization for Veeva Safety, developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy that drives customer adoption and business growth. Partner with product management and sales to execute integrated campaigns, including global launches and release marketing, while creating thought leadership and sales enablement programs. Develop annual marketing plans, measure performance against business objectives, and optimize initiatives to strengthen Veeva's leadership in pharmacovigilance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or go-to-market strategy for complex B2B enterprise software or cloud solutions
- demonstrated success leading and building high-performing global product marketing teams
- Proven success developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate products, drive customer adoption, and accelerate business growth
- Experience leading product launches and release marketing from strategy through execution
- Strong ability to synthesize customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and product strategy into compelling marketing narratives and actionable go-to-market plans
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across product management, market strategy, sales, services, customer success, corporate marketing, and executive leadership
- Experience leading global product marketing initiatives in partnership with regional teams, balancing a consistent global strategy with localized execution
- Experience developing customer-facing content, thought leadership, sales enablement materials, customer stories, presentations, and digital content that support product launches and every stage of the customer journey
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Experience measuring go-to-market performance, evaluating business impact, and using customer and market insights to continuously optimize strategy and execution
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts through clear, compelling customer-focused messaging
