Job Summary
Lead the core platform and underlying capabilities powering virtual cards and digital wallets by setting long-term vision and anticipating payment industry shifts. Own performance across the full spend lifecycle, from card creation and authorization to settlement and post-disruption updates. Build and lead a team of product managers while establishing a multi-year capability roadmap and partnering heavily with engineering and business orgs. Focus on building modular, flexible capabilities to enable rapid feature launches and leverage AI tools to drive team efficiency. Balance complex technical dependencies with commercial priorities to ensure the platform is resilient and scalable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Platform product management
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Experience driving first-time user conversion and monthly active user growth at scale within a large enterprise environment
