Director, Product Manager Type 2 (Hybrid: Acton, MA)

Steward the product line by ensuring vision and intent across releases while leading MVP shaping within an established roadmap. Coach Associate Product Managers through ambiguity, ensuring clear product definitions and acceptance criteria are delivered across PM-owned domains. Collaborate with Marketing, Systems Architects, and Program Management to align architectural and feature roadmaps, optimize regulatory and clinical strategies, and drive user experience research. Own the solution backlog in an Agile environment, manage portfolio-level scope tradeoffs, and develop analytics methods to shape strategy. Ensure the product is delivered on time and in-budget while mentoring other Product Managers to maintain a cohesive vision.
