Job Summary
Director, Product Management, Media Buying & Optimization at Tatari responsible for AI-powered media buying platforms across TV/CTV. Own product strategy and end-to-end roadmap, partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver reliable, scalable platforms, and lead a high-performing PM team. Focus on automation, AI-driven innovation, and cross-functional collaboration across Media Buying, Media Operations, Marketing, and Go-To-Market to align strategy from conception through adoption. Hybrid in-office role with multiple U.S. locations (LA, NY, SF).
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in AdTech, with deep expertise in streaming and programmatic CTV advertising; linear TV experience strongly preferred
- 6+ years of people management experience leading Product Managers
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, data science, design, and media operations teams
- Exceptional communicator and influencer, capable of articulating product vision and roadmap tradeoffs to senior leadership, partners, and customers
- Deeply customer-centric, with expertise in uncovering real customer needs, defining strong product requirements, and delivering solutions that create meaningful business and user impact
- Pragmatic, execution-focused leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and balances innovation with operational excellence
