Director Product Management - Source-to-Pay

Job Summary
Define the product vision and roadmap for QAD's Procure-to-Pay, SRM, and supplier intelligence capabilities, connecting sourcing, onboarding, collaboration, and AI-powered decisioning. Own the end-to-end workflow from supplier discovery through PO execution and invoice matching, identifying friction points to drive measurable business outcomes. Build AI agent and decision service capabilities that move from insight to governed action, reducing manual follow-up and accelerating procurement decisions. Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to shape commercial packaging, adoption, and long-term product differentiation for manufacturing accounts. Spend significant time with customers and suppliers to validate use cases in supplier delay handling, risk management, and sourcing optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
- Well-versed in AI PDLC
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, SRM, supplier collaboration, supply chain, ERP, or related enterprise workflows
- Strong understanding of direct or complex procurement processes, ideally in manufacturing
- Experience building products that span multiple users, systems, workflows, and approval paths
- Ability to translate complex business processes into simple, scalable product experiences
- Strong customer discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile product development environment
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying only on formal authority
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with direct materials procurement, BOM-driven sourcing, supplier collaboration, supplier risk, supplier quality, or manufacturing supply chains
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as QAD, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Experience with SRM, source-to-pay, procurement orchestration, AP automation, supplier portals, or supplier networks
- Experience building AI, automation, workflow, or decision-support capabilities
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise manufacturers
- Experience from companies in procurement, supply chain, ERP, or manufacturing software
