Job Summary
Lead the Servicer Integration team within Personal Loans by driving all phases of the integration lifecycle, including feasibility, business rule definition, and rigorous operational validation. Partner with cross-functional Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to transform servicing requirements into reality while mentoring associates to achieve operational excellence. Apply project management methodology to workstreams, ensuring comprehensive documentation, operational control design, and audit-readiness. Influence technical and vendor stakeholders to align on common integration goals, maintaining transparency across the organization regarding status, risks, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- at least 5 years of Product Management experience
