Job Summary
Define and execute product strategies that drive customer value, business growth, and competitive advantage for a SaaS product within the Academic and Government Solutions business. Develop a compelling vision, roadmap, and investment strategy while building deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends. Lead product discovery, research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to inform strategic priorities, driving successful go-to-market planning in partnership with commercial, marketing, and customer-facing teams. Establish meaningful product performance metrics and KPIs, using insights to optimize outcomes and return on investment. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept through delivery and market adoption, while evaluating build, buy, and partner opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Product Management, including leadership responsibility within complex software or technology environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven success managing products or product portfolios that have delivered measurable growth and commercial results
- Experience leading and developing Product Managers and building high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate market opportunities into business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
- Experience using customer insights, market research, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI products and spec-driven code-generation approach to product management is a solid plus
