Job Summary
The Director of Product Management will lead the strategy, vision, and execution for the CXone platform, focusing on AI-native capabilities and guiding a team of Product Managers. Responsibilities include defining the platform strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, developing and prioritizing product roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering and application product teams. The role requires extensive product management experience, strong fluency in AI concepts, and experience with API-first development practices. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of delivering platform capabilities that enable AI-powered products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Marketing, or similar field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering platform or infrastructure capabilities
- Fluency in AI/ML concepts
- Working knowledge of LLM and generative AI capabilities
- Experience defining and tracking success metrics for platform services
- Experience with spec-first or API-first development practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
- In-depth knowledge of agile & SCRUM development methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- MBA would be a great addition
- Contact center experience with an emphasis on reporting, data usage, and analysis
- Familiarity with conversational AI, virtual agents, or generative AI applications
- Understanding of AI governance considerations
- Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and multi-step AI orchestration
- Experience tracking how platform and infrastructure capabilities are evolving to support AI workloads in enterprise SaaS
