Job Summary
Lead a product team to ensure the overall success of a portfolio of payment applications including point of service collections, card on file, statements, and payment plans. Work with the executive team to set the vision and strategy for the payment product suite, drive go-to-market strategies, and build business cases for new products and feature enhancements. Partner directly with customers to understand their biggest challenges and analyze competition to determine features and positioning that offer best-in-class products. Track product and business metrics to drive outcomes while fostering an environment where teams can do their best work. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to modernize patient payments and improve collections for healthcare organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Use of an Agile development methodology
- Occasional domestic and/or U.S. travel for in-person events and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the payments industry, or with a payment solution, including online/ecommerce, card present/POS, and recurring/card on file payments
- Experience with creating and integrating to payment APIs/SDKs, including hosted payment options, NFC/EMV, and P2PE
- Experience in developing and launching successful payment processing applications or similar applications
- Experience in leading platform-as-a-service products
- Prioritizing and building APIs that empower and support other internal teams
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring and team management
- Ability to set a product vision and strategy and to translate it into a concrete product roadmap
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep interest in user experience, creating and analyzing products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
