Job Summary
Directs the product management portfolio and 3-year roadmap for traditional vehicle battery charging, instant starting, EV supply equipment, and adjacent categories. Leads cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing & Supply Chain to understand end-user needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning; coaches product managers to optimize end-user value, pricing, and MSRP/MAP strategies. Owns portfolio performance, profitability, and lifecycle management, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and Value Analysis/Value Engineering. Partners with marketing and industrial design to gather insights, align development with strategic objectives, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Builds and leads a high-performing team, fostering development and retention while shaping long-term strategy and roadmaps for sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- MBA preferred
- At least 7 years’ product management experience with products, tools or equipment for consumers or professionals
