Job Summary
Define and execute product strategy for a portfolio of card services data products based on market trends and client needs. Build roadmaps, develop business cases and financial models, and partner with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver product launches. Analyze client feedback and performance data to optimize growth while leading team development and managing cross-functional alignment. This on-site role in New Jersey or New York requires 10+ years in fintech product management and offers a salary range of $155,000–$258,000.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management within financial technology, payments, card services, or data products
- 10+ years of experience developing product strategy, product roadmaps, and business cases for new or enhanced products
- 8+ years of experience using market analysis, client feedback, and performance data to inform product decisions and portfolio priorities
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a product management environment
- Experience building commercial strategies and financial models for product launches, pricing, and portfolio growth initiatives
- Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and enterprise data teams to deliver product initiatives in an Agile environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- On-site Monday through Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Experience launching data products for card services or adjacent payment solutions
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics products, or data commercialization initiatives
- Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- Experience working with product performance metrics, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization in a regulated industry
