Job Summary
Develop and execute the global Cardholder Services billing strategy and roadmap, partnering with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GBSC teams. Lead the evolution and automation of billing capabilities to support new pricing models, contractual requirements, and revenue growth initiatives. Define business, functional, and data requirements for billing applications supporting global and regional needs while translating pricing initiatives into scalable solutions. Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive decision-making and ensure compliance, financial controls, and audit readiness. Lead a high-performing team within Mastercard's Global Cardholder Services portfolio, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, finance, billing operations, or related disciplines
- Proven experience leading complex billing, financial systems, product, or operational transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue management, financial controls, and performance reporting
- Experience defining business requirements and partnering with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog prioritization and technology delivery
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
