Director - Product Management, Fraud

Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Fraud Products portfolio, aligning with Equifax Canada's business objectives. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and inform product development. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and definition through development, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring. Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. Translate business requirements and customer needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities. Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization. Mentor and guide junior product team members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products related to Fraud mitigation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- Strong ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate them into actionable product plans
- Solid understanding of data, analytics, and cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
