Job Summary
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for Fleet and Autonomous Vehicle solutions, including depot fleets, take-home fleets, autonomous vehicle partners, and truck/bus OEMs. Lead a team of product managers, designers, and NPI leads to ship integrated hardware and software products with minimal handoffs. Drive the hardware portfolio covering pantograph chargers, truck charging, and robotic charging while unifying the software platform ViriCiti. Shape partnerships with autonomous vehicle companies and OEMs to decide when to build, buy, or partner, and develop go-to-market strategy aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Leverage AI tools to accelerate product delivery and dissolve traditional role boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping integrated hardware and software products with unified priorities across both
- Track record in fleet electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, autonomous vehicles, or adjacent the autonomous vehicle-industry / mobility sectors
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated P&L ownership of a real business line
- Experience restructuring product teams around AI and automation, not just adopting tools
