Job Summary
Director of Product Management within Epic's Growth Team, responsible for owning strategy and execution for defined areas of the Discover surface, developing roadmaps to improve player discovery and drive growth. You will write detailed business and product requirements, partner with Development and Data Science to ship high-quality systems, develop playbooks and operational strategies, and present concepts to leadership. You will drive live operations for Discover initiatives, measure effectiveness with data, and identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires 5+ years in Product Management with discovery/content platforms or large-scale consumer products, strong analytical skills, passion for games and growth monetization, and leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- exposure to discovery systems, content platforms, recommendation engines, or large-scale consumer products
- strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making
- ability to write product requirement documents and present to senior leadership
- experience shipping products in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders
- interest in creator ecosystems and understanding monetization mechanics
- experience mentoring PMs is a plus
