Job Summary
Execute enterprise product strategy to drive long-term business growth, customer retention, and annual recurring revenue expansion. Lead and mentor product managers to foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and career growth. Translate complex B2B enterprise customer needs into scalable product roadmaps and actionable Objectives and Key Results. Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to deliver secure, highly scalable enterprise platform capabilities. Establish key performance indicators to monitor product adoption, enterprise usage, customer outcomes, and overall platform performance. Drive operational efficiency across your product domain to improve the speed, quality, and predictability of product delivery. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless enterprise go-to-market execution. Represent Product leadership in executive forums to advocate for enterprise product initiatives and resource needs. Identify and mitigate risks related to enterprise compliance, security, platform stability, and rollout strategy. Hire and develop diverse, exceptional product talent that consistently raises the bar on performance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- 3+ years in product leadership roles with direct people management responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of launching and scaling high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Deep experience defining enterprise-grade solutions, including complex permissions, platform architecture, integrations, and security standards
- Strong proficiency with product management and analytics tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
