Job Summary
Define and execute the product strategy for Endpoint Detection and Response, aligning with company roadmaps and go-to-market objectives. Translate high-level goals into detailed requirements, own backlog prioritization, and drive operational needs within the assigned team. Collaborate with R&D, UX, and internal influencers to ensure feature delivery empowers the Customer SOC and delivers value to partners. Work cross-functionally with Security Services, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline processes and improve development efficiency. Manage product performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in a technical or product role
- Experience working with global teams, especially in offshore environments
Desired Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products
- Prior experience scaling a product team in a rapidly growing organization
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks
