Job Summary

Set and lead a clear product vision and strategy for EHR connectivity, implementation, and hypercare capabilities aligned to Specialty Provider strategy. Establish an integrated roadmap balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform, interoperability, and scalability investments. Drive modern EHR integration approaches including API-first design, FHIR-based standards, and scalable onboarding models. Partner deeply with engineering and operations to ensure solutions are secure, performant, and supportable across a diverse EHR ecosystem. Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers while owning integrated product P&L, ROI, and TAM penetration. This senior people-leader role reports to the Sr. Director of Specialty Provider Strategy and is a key member of the Specialty Product Suite leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Deep product management experience building and scaling technical products
  • Experience within healthcare, EHRs, or other regulated technology environments
  • Demonstrated experience delivering EHR integrations and interoperability solutions
  • Experience with APIs
  • Experience with FHIR
  • Experience with HL7
  • Experience with SMART on FHIR
  • Experience with comparable modern connectivity approaches
  • Strong understanding of Agile and modern software delivery practices
  • Experience applying Agile and modern software delivery practices effectively across multiple teams and dependencies
  • Experience with financial ownership
  • Experience with P&L management
  • Experience with ROI analysis
  • Experience with portfolio-level prioritization decisions
