Director, Product Management – Digital Products (Secure Card on File / Tokenization)

Director, Product Management for Digital Products focusing on Secure Card on File (SCOF) and tokenization in the EEMEA region. Drive regional strategy and execution, partner with global product teams, regional sales, customers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate tokenization adoption, localization, and monetization. Define market prioritization, launch strategies, and scale-up plans; develop tokenization migration strategies and customer enablement initiatives; build compelling value propositions and monetization frameworks for digital payment solutions. Own end-to-end regional execution, governance, and KPI tracking; deliver monthly/ad-hoc performance reporting and identify risks for corrective action. Engage issuers, fintechs, merchants, and partners; enable regional teams with tools and messaging to accelerate go-to-market and assume leadership across cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. Requires significant experience in payments/fintech, knowledge of tokenization and digital payments ecosystems, and a proven track record from ideation through scale in the EEMEA region; strong leadership and strategic/operational execution capabilities.
