Job Summary
Director of Product, Data at Superhuman leads a team of PMs in the Data org, owning products that turn raw signals into competitive advantage. Responsibilities include owning product strategy and roadmap for data products, leading evals and experimentation frameworks, collaborating with Data Engineering and Data Science to build scalable data surfaces that meet security/compliance requirements, defining metrics, running experiments, prioritizing roadmap based on data, and managing a high-standard PM team focused on craft, execution, and customer impact. Core competencies include data fluency, ownership, results-driven mindset, AI-first integration, customer-centered innovation, low ego, and ability to operate across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes base pay in the $302k–$370k range (US zones) with extensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management
- at least 2 years in a PM leadership role
- experience building products in a B2B SaaS environment with enterprise customers
- technically fluent with data engineers on schema design, pipeline architecture, and data modeling
- proven track record shipping products for enterprise customers
- ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage priorities across multiple projects
