Job Summary
Lead the product strategy for our Video Marketing ecosystem and pioneer New Programmatic Products within Coupang Partners; collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to drive scalable ad tech solutions, ML/GenAI-enabled bid optimization, and creative generation in an entrepreneurial, highly matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, Information Services, or related quantitative fields
- 7+ years of product management or program management experience in the Ad Tech industry
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product delivery focused on Video Advertising or Programmatic ecosystems
- Proven ability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor, driving product vision and leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Programmatic DSPs, RTB, exchanges, video ad serving (CTV, in-stream, out-stream), and cross-device targeting
- Hands-on awareness and practical understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI for asset generation, bid optimization, and campaign automation
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills to drive recommendations and champion product initiatives to senior executives
