Job Summary

Own and evangelize the strategy and vision for the Cloud Security portfolio, building and leading a team of product managers while setting direction grounded in market data. Maintain the product roadmap, making explicit tradeoff and prioritization calls to ensure the few ideas that matter most drive revenue and renewal. Define and report against key business metrics including pipeline influence, win/loss trends, retention, and usage. Partner directly with engineering leadership on architecture and sequencing decisions, and work hand-in-hand with sales, solutions engineering, and marketing to sharpen positioning and support strategic deals. Engage directly with customers, prospects, and analysts to pressure-test roadmap assumptions and stay ahead of market movements. Represent Cloud Security in company-wide planning, tying product decisions back to revenue, margin, and competitive positioning.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 or more years in product management at enterprise SaaS or infrastructure companies
  • 2 or more years leading and managing other product managers
  • Direct experience owning a cloud security or cloud-native product (CWPP, CSPM, CNAPP, DSPM, or adjacent)
  • Understanding of the buyer, the competitive landscape, and the technical tradeoffs
  • Excellent business judgment, including the ability to build a pricing model, read a win/loss report, and connect a roadmap decision to its effect on ARR and margin
  • Working technical fluency with cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/Kubernetes, and the shared-responsibility model
  • Track record of shipping and defending a roadmap in front of skeptical stakeholders, including sales leadership, customers, and engineering counterparts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort presenting to executives, analysts, and customers alike
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 15% for customer engagements and internal planning

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a cybersecurity vendor or in a SOC/security-practitioner role
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models
  • Familiarity with eBPF-based or agent-based security architectures
