Job Summary
The Director of Product Lifecycle Management leads the strategic and operational management of Baylor Genetics’ clinical test portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring products remain clinically relevant, operationally scalable, financially viable, and compliant. This role involves managing a team of Product Managers and requires strong expertise in product lifecycle and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include owning lifecycle management for clinical genetic tests, developing portfolio roadmaps, leading change control processes, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should possess 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product lifecycle management or portfolio management
- Experience managing complex, regulated product portfolios
- Proven people leadership experience
- Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
