Job Summary
Develop and refine an integrated growth strategy for high-volume issuance solutions across financial card and government ID markets. Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product management, engineering, customer operations, and marketing to drive recurring revenues and market share. Serve as the product Subject Matter Expert for sales and marketing materials, defining solution requirements, use cases, and interface diagrams for engineering teams. Analyze global market trends, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and establish key industry partnerships. Manage global revenue and profitability targets, developing segment roadmaps that align with broader Entrust marketing initiatives and sales execution plans. Lead general management responsibilities including hiring, performance reviews, and team development while acting as the escalation point for critical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technology
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management and/or development
- Experience delivering software, hardware and service solutions
- Experience preferably in ID and Card Issuance markets
- Experience working in Agile-based development environment
- Ability to create detailed functional specifications for use by both technical and non-technical readers
- Ability to Travel up to 30%
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US
- Must have unrestricted work authorization for US
Desired Qualifications
- MBA and or technical degree
- Knowledge/experience in financial, banking, payments, or government ID industries
- Experience and background in AI and Security Solutions
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
