Job Summary
Define the AI product strategy and investment roadmap for the Payments organization, including build/buy/partner decisions. Deliver measurable impact from applying AI to workflows and customer experiences while ensuring responsible AI practices. Stand up and manage shared AI capabilities to facilitate adoption across teams, and raise AI fluency as the field evolves. Lead the responsible delivery of AI value to production in close collaboration with engineering and other product teams. This hands-on, player-coach role requires owning the AI product portfolio to drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences within Capital One's digital revolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- at least 5 years of Product Management experience

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
