Job Summary
Own the product charter for engineering simulation tools, driving strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Design product group. Set vision and prioritisation to ensure complete, high-quality outcomes, while leading a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts. Bridge the gap between structural engineers, developers, and the business to translate real-world physics and CAD-style editing into trusted software. Get hands-on with the domain and platform to understand the substance behind finite element analysis and LiDAR-driven 3D models, ensuring clarity in a complex, high-context environment. Partner across the wider org to connect your area to the broader Neara roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced product leader who has owned the success of a large and complex product area or charter
- Very comfortable operating across product management, engineering and design
- Accountable for outcomes, not just outputs
- Proven, hands-on success in a technical area you weren't already an expert in
- A strong people leader with proven experience directly leading product management and ideally also engineering teams
