Job Summary
Doxel is seeking a Director of Product Engineering responsible for executing strategic initiatives, collaborating across teams, and creating technical roadmaps. The role involves managing and growing engineering teams, implementing efficient processes and technologies, and contributing to business strategy with an engineering perspective. Candidates should have strong leadership experience in engineering and product development, as well as a background in AI/ML and service-oriented architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
- 5+ years of managing managers experience
- 10+ years of engineering leadership, including building large-scale customer-facing products
- Technical depth in service-oriented architecture, web client frameworks, data pipelines, and AI/ML
- Experience building products using AI/ML
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with 3D rendering - especially in a web client
- Domain experience/knowledge in construction
- Experience building software in an operations-focused business
