Job Summary
Lead and execute the multi-year product roadmap and New Product Introduction lifecycle from concept through launch and sustainment. Oversee product verification, validation, and regulatory compliance, including testing, certifications, and adherence to quality standards. Manage sustaining engineering activities and product changes to optimize cost and performance. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and QA to deliver on roadmap commitments while managing team development and resource planning. Establish scalable processes to improve time-to-market and operational efficiency, leveraging data analytics and AI tools for decision-making. Engage with end customers to translate insights into product improvements and track KPIs related to NPI execution and lifecycle performance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in product development and/or engineering environment
- Strong expertise in end-to-end product development lifecycle management within IT hardware, electronics or hardware/firmware environments
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance, product testing, and quality standards
- Strong data analytics capabilities and experience leveraging AI tools for decision-making
- Deep understanding of IT hardware, electronics manufacturing, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level
- Experience managing complex global supply chains and vendor relationships
- Strong track record of improving time-to-market, product quality, and cost efficiency
- Exposure to global regulatory frameworks and compliance environments
- Business acumen including business case development and commercial decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PLM systems, PIM tools, and product verification/testing platforms
