Job Summary
Director, Product Development leads the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LanguageLine Solutions, driving a high-visibility product portfolio and leading a team of Product Analysts to deliver new and enhanced products. The role partners with Product Engineering, Sales, QA, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate market requirements and customer feedback into actionable product concepts, roadmaps, and architectural decisions while ensuring business outcomes and customer value. Requires strong cross-functional leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 25% and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are required; Master’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading Product Management, Product Development, or Product Engineering teams in a software-driven industry
- Proven track record defining product vision and transforming that vision into market reality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver features on time
- Travel up to 25%
