Director, Product Design

Director of Product Design at Ramp leads a high-performing product design team, owning product vision and design direction across critical product areas, partnering with product managers and engineers to deliver customer impact, staying close to customers, and coaching designers to raise the bar. The role involves building a design-forward environment, shaping how design works in an AI-native world, and contributing to strategy, craft, and mentorship while working with teams across product, engineering, and data. In-person collaboration at the NYC HQ is required at least 3 days/week; relocation support is available to NYC or SF as needed.
