Job Summary
Own the product marketing and content strategy for Modernize’s multi-product B2B portfolio in the home services vertical, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for each product and audience segment. Lead end-to-end content marketing across formats (thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, blog, email, sales collateral), drive demand generation and pipeline, manage and coach a small team of product and content marketers, and build the operating infrastructure for high-volume content. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product to align messaging, enablement materials, and content programs with pipeline goals; develop audience personas, competitive intelligence, and market insights to inform product direction; ensure brand and product positioning is accurate and audience-appropriate across in-market activations and channels. Establish content standards reflecting brand authority in home services and measure impact through performance data; present strategy and results to senior leadership in executive-ready formats; leverage marketing automation, CRM/BI tools, and a collaborative, high-velocity work environment to drive measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing and/or content marketing experience
- at least 2 years in a people management role
- experience in home improvement, home services, financial services, mortgage, or lead generation
- proven track record of building and scaling a content and product marketing function
- experience marketing a multi-product B2B portfolio to enterprise or mid-market buyers
- excellent written communication and executive-ready materials
- comfort in fast-moving environments with high project volume and cross-functional dependencies
- experience in a publicly traded company with emphasis on compliance and corporate protocols
