Director, Product and Supplier Quality

Director of Product and Supplier Quality lead the execution of product and supplier quality activities across aerospace programs, establishing departmental objectives and building a scalable quality organization to support aircraft development, certification, and production readiness. Drive continuous improvement focusing on defect prevention, process capability, and supplier performance; manage product and supplier quality execution from incoming to final inspection, conformity, and nonconforming material control; ensure quality requirements are integrated into manufacturing planning and assembly; support flight-test vehicle assembly, certification activities, and readiness; collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Certification teams to achieve FAA production approval and AS9100 objectives; lead supplier qualification, surveillance, and performance management; maintain compliance with QMS, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance; participate in internal/external audits and corrective actions; foster organizational development and leadership within the quality teams; role is remote with 25% travel initially, transitioning to full onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
