Job Summary
Director-level role leading procurement and supply chain strategy for construction projects, overseeing a high-performing team, developing new service offerings, and driving digital, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include leading major projects and programs across multiple sectors, building executive-level client relationships, guiding bid preparation and commercial negotiations, advancing digital capabilities, managing team performance and budgets, and contributing to talent development and knowledge sharing. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence stakeholders across geographies, with travel to support client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field
- Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors, with experience in major capital programs
- Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels
- Demonstrated success in leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies
- Experience across multiple sectors, with domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred
- Proven ability to influence client behaviors and decisions, particularly in high-risk, high-value engagements
- Skills and Behavioral Attributes: strategic thinking, project management, analytical capabilities, communication, collaboration across geographies
- On-site presence and/or travel will be required as per client needs
