Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide procurement, purchasing, vendor management, and inventory operations by overseeing Contract Management, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense Report Management. Develop and execute strategies that drive cost efficiency, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance while supporting organizational goals. Provide strategic direction to executive leadership, manage the full contract lifecycle including RFP development and negotiation, and oversee warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory and efficient distribution. Direct cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, legal, and program service leaders to mitigate risk and optimize outcomes. Establish business analytics and KPIs to monitor performance and ensure adherence to centralized contract management systems and inventory controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain leadership
- Experience leading multiple functional areas
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM, CPPB, CPPO)
- Healthcare procurement experience
- Experience with Workday ERP
