Job Summary
Manage all operational functions for the Procurement team, leading activities related to tool implementation, maintenance, and improvements. Oversee the P2P process including vendor management, buying, and delivery of goods while designing processes to support future buying needs and standardize procedures. Define system requirements to manage, test, and launch solutions with IT, and identify measurable metrics to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards and policies within the full P2P framework.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ year's experience in operations, procurement or supply chain management
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience in establishing work processes, quality, productivity standards and policies/procedures in procurement
- Experience and understanding of the full P2P processes
- Knowledge of procurement tools and processes
- Ability to show strong communication and collaboration capabilities
