Job Summary
The Director of Process Technologies in Pleating will lead global development and optimization of pleating technologies, ensuring efficient and quality-compliant production processes. Responsibilities include driving international process development projects, standardization, managing CAPEX, and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing solutions. The role requires strong experience in pleating technologies, structured project management skills, and the ability to foster talent and facilitate knowledge exchange across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical, Process, Textile Engineering or comparable
- Strong hands-on experience in Pleating technologies with a track record of leading international projects
- Practical operations experience in filter components or comparable manufacturing environments
- Profound technical expertise and ability to create requirement specifications
- Structured project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in digitalization, Industry 4.0, or AI
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and pragmatic with deep awareness of quality and HSE requirements
- Excellent intercultural communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel and work abroad
