Job Summary
Lead deployment and execution of site strategy by translating enterprise objectives into functional goals, KPIs, and actionable roadmaps. Govern a portfolio of high-impact continuous improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Experience while driving adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Design end-to-end process excellence frameworks to standardize systems across the site, establish KPI dashboards for data-driven decision-making, and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve service and on-time delivery. Establish a closed-loop management system connecting strategy, performance, and daily operations to enable scalable growth and superior customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Proven success leading operational excellence and continuous improvement transformations
- Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations, compliance requirements, and quality systems
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across matrixed organizations
- Experience implementing enterprise operating systems, digital tools, and site-wide strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering sustainable improvements
- Validated success improving PSQDC metrics, operational efficiency, CI culture adoption, customer experience, and organizational capability
