Job Summary

Lead client service teams supporting private credit fund clients. Oversee fund accounting operations, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting. Drive team performance, oversee complex accounting deliverables, and partner with clients to support operational and reporting needs. Responsibilities include preparing audited and unaudited financial statements, partner capital statements, reviewing general ledgers and sub ledgers, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP). Develop/maintain robust review procedures, manage year-end audits, and drive process improvements for operational efficiencies. Qualifications include deep knowledge of fund accounting, experience with a range of financial instruments, and strong client-facing communication; CPA or CFA candidates preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4–5+ years of experience in fund accounting or back-office operations within a fund administrator, hedge fund, or investment advisor
  • 3+ years of experience managing or supervising teams
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience with financial instruments including equities, fixed income, FX, futures, options, repos, and mortgages
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
