Director Private Banking region Liège leads the ING Private Banking team in the Liège region; you coach a local team of around 9 private bankers, represent the Private Banking organization locally, drive synergies with other departments, manage commercial performance, and contribute to strategy and its implementation. You manage a personal client portfolio, focus on achieving team results, and enable growth opportunities. You are expected to stay curious, take on responsibility, and communicate effectively, with strong coaching skills, sales drive, and a change mindset. French speaking with good English knowledge is required. The Private Banking team in South Centre comprises 35 Private Bankers and related roles, operating within ING’s global, client-focused framework.
